
The Eastern European division of Avon, is evaluating interactive engagement-based online promotions to strengthen their Marketing results. Avon-Europe, wants to improve knowledge about their consumers, understand their friends, assess viral marketing techniques, and strengthen the Avon sales consultant?s relationship with their buyers. Wyndstorm created a concept virtual world by rapid-prototyping of their Wyndstorm platform. This prototype enabled internal testing of features, user experience, navigation, interactive programs, content management, and online media mix, etc. This prototype was also used to plan the integration of an interactive community-based promotions platform with other systems for planning the end-to-end program, including fulfillment, sales tracking, order processing, etc. Lastly, this prototype was used to assess multi-language and multi-cultural impacts, of this web-based initiative. The Wyndstorm turn-key platform enables a rapid prototype of the concept for low-cost internal planning.
